Initial setup of the Organizational Model
Noikos provides assistance in setting up the Organizational Model during the first year following its approval on the part of the Board of Directors.Provided services include:
- training of leadership personnel and subordinate employees;
- assistance aimed at putting the control system into effect to safeguard those operations implemented by the company which are deemed at risk of unlawful activity; this step is carried out by specifically informing and training involved personnel and is checked at intervals during the year to ensure their concrete application;
- practice controls to determine the extent of the model’s implementation
