Noikos Nike Research Institute Ltd. organizes training courses, as required by Decree 231/01, for all company personnel on the control system adopted by the collective “entity” or business group.

In addition, we organize training courses, seminars, etc. on the responsibilities of administrators, auditors, controlling bodies, etc. with reference to unlawful acts in the fields of company law, tax law, bankruptcy law and environmental regulations.

 These courses are team-taught so as to provide a multi-disciplinary approach to the topics presented, focusing on both theory and practice and taking into account recent research on legal interpretations and legislation.
